He is directed to file counter affidavit in this case with respect to the materials collected against the petitioners during the course of the investigation and also submit status of the case.

Learned counsel Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh is present on behalf of the opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide a copy of the petition and other required documents to the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2.

In the meantime, let status report be called for from the concerned court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. The report must be received within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
