Mr. Nitin Kumar Pasari, the learned counsel for the appellant states that he has given no objection in this matter.
Mr. Chanchal Jain, the learned counsel appears and states that he shall be filing vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant and, therefore, he needs some time.
Post the matter on 21st June 2022 under the heading "Final Disposal".
On the next date of hearing, the learned counsels appearing for the parties shall file short synopsis, list of dates along with compilation of judgments, if any.
It is stated that the appellant challenged the authority and jurisdiction of the assessing officer before the writ Court.
If that is so, a specific affidavit shall be filed on behalf of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.
And, on that date the learned counsel for the Nigam shall brought the original records pertaining to this issue in the Court.
