06/ 18.07.2022 Nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.

I.A. No. 4273 of 2022 has been filed for extension of the interim order dated 17.09.2019.

Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2 submits that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Versus Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, the trial court has vacated the stay and proceeding in the matter and the trial is at the fag end of conclusion.

In view of such submission, the aforesaid interlocutory application, which has been filed for extension of interim order, is hereby, rejected.

Let this matter appear after four weeks under the heading 'for admission.' Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below.
