05/ 08.07.2022 I.A. No. 11034 of 2019 has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.11.2019.

It appears that in the 2nd para of the order dated 08.11.2019, inadvertently it has been typed that the office is directed to send back the judgment of the 'trial court' for necessary correction in place of 'appellate court'.

Let it is read as 'appellate court' in place of 'trial court'. The order dated 08.11.2019 is modified to the above extent. As such the aforesaid interlocutory application stands disposed of.
