08/10.01.2022. This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of

the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due

to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.3504 of 2021 has been filed for extension of interim order

dated 13.08.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the

judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing

of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. v. C.B.I. , reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, it

was necessitated to file this I.A. for extension of interim order.

Learned A.P.P. for the State further seeks time for filing the counter

affidavit. She submits that four weeks' further time may kindly be allowed.

In view of the above facts and considering that this matter is still

pending and the State has not yet filed counter affidavit and the learned

A.P.P. is seeking time for filing the counter affidavit, the prayer made in the

said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 13.08.2019 is extended, till the next date.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 3504 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Let this matter appear on 25.04.2022.
