Oral Order 07/Dated: 06.01.2022
We regret that the direction contained in the order dated
19.07.2021 has not been complied by the concerned and no
explanation answering the issue concerned has been filed.
It is further intriguing that though judgment of a Single Bench is
remembered by the Stamp Report but the judgment of the Full bench
overruling that decision has not been considered by them and time &
again they are taking shelter of the order passed by the learned
Single Judge.
Let a comprehensive report be filed by the concerned on or
before the next date of hearing, otherwise this Court would be
compelled to take appropriate action.
Put up this case on 10.01.2022.
