The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

1. The instant criminal revision application has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 30.03.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sahibganj in Original Maintenance Case No.134 of 2017 whereby and whereunder the application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 & 3, has been allowed and the revisionist has been directed to pay Rs.15,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2 and Rs.5,000/- per month to the opposite party no.3 as maintenance.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the matrimonial relationship between the parties is not in dispute. The case has been contested on the ground that the wife is leading an adulterous life but the same has been disbelieved by the court below.

Further, it has been submitted that the divorce petition has been filed on the same ground which is pending between the parties.

3. In view of pendency of the divorce petition, the revisionist seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as per the outcome of the divorce petition pending between the parties.

4. In view of above submission, the present criminal revision application being Criminal Revision No.557 of 2019 is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
