Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State is present.
Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 to 7 is also present and submitted that the case related to the Dhanwar P.S. Case No.217 of 2010 dated 13.10.2010, corresponding to G.R. No.2234 of 2010 and T.R. No.1324 of 2011, pending in the concerned court of Giridih has been disposed of vide judgment dated 28.05.2018 and it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for O.P. No.2 to 7 that this petition has become infructuous as the judgment has been passed and the case has been disposed of.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
