10 / 16.02.2022 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to make necessary correction in the name of the Respondent which has been wrongly typed as Gauraj Raj in place of Gaurav Raj as shown in the body of the impugned judgment. For that reason, draft of substituted notice was also issued by the office in incorrect name and service of notice could not be properly effected for that reason.

2. In view of the reasons explained in I.A. No. 817/2022, prayer for correction in the name of the Respondent in the Memo of Appeal and at relevant places is allowed. Let such correction be carried out by the learned counsel for the appellant within a week. Office to place the file for carrying out correction on requisition being made for inspection. I.A. stands disposed of. Let a revised draft of substituted notice in the correct name of the Respondent be issued within one week thereafter. Compliance regarding service of notice through the aforesaid mode be made by the learned counsel for the appellant in terms of the order dated 08.10.2021 thereafter.
