Mr. Rahul Lamba, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has

relied upon a judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Bharat Sanchar

Nigam Limited and Anr. vs. M/s Nortel Networks India Pvt. Ltd. reported

in (2021) 5 SCC 738.

Learned counsel for the parties have sought for time to scrutinize the

aforesaid judgment.

Accordingly, let this matter be posted on 24.02.2022 for further

hearing.
