No one appears on behalf of opposite party No. 2. This case is listed after a long period of time i.e. after 05.05.2014. Let the present status of the case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
