04/06.09.2021 This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 06.01.2021 and decree dated 15.01.2021 passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur in Original Suit No.254/2017 whereby the learned Principal Judge has been pleased to decree ,on contest, the Original Suit No.254/2017 and has been pleased to dissolve the marriage solemnized on 09.02.2010 between the appellant and the respondent instituted by the respondent/plaintiff under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Issue notice to the sole respondent both under registered cover with A/D and speed post, for which requisites should be filed within a period of one week from today.

Office is directed to track the speed post-delivery and put it on record with appropriate office note.
