Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. is present for the State. Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the appellants fairly submitted that in the present appeal all the appellants were found guilty for the offence punishable under sections 148, 323, 324 and 149 of the IPC and accordingly they were convicted therein.

Further, it has been pointed out by the learned defense counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that after being convicted they have given a benefit of u/s 4 Probation Of Offenders Act and the all the appellants were directed to furnish the probation bond of Rs. 2000/- for keeping peace and good behaviour for a period of one year and the said judgment of conviction and order of sentence was dated 25.08.2003 and, therefore, the bond which was furnished in pursuant to the order of the court has now lapsed and, therefore, the period is now the period for maintaining the peace and good behaviour is over. Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that they did not want to continue with this appeal further.

Learned A.P.P. has no objection with the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the appellants.

Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of in the light of the aforesaid submission advanced by the learned counsel for the appellants.
