Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C. vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 16th March 2021 passed in S.T. Case No. 130 of 2016 by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life with a fine of Rs.10,000/- and a default sentence vide impugned order of sentence dated 19.03.2021.
