02/25.10.2021 Sole appellant along with Sanika Munda and Majhiya Munda stands convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 31st July 2021 passed in S.T. No. 66 of 2018 by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribag and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs.15,000/- each and a default sentence each vide impugned order of sentence dated 10th August 2021.
