03/21.10.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of I.P.C by the impugned judgment dated 03.07.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 133 of 2020 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa and has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and default sentence by the impugned order of sentence dated 05.07.2021.
