No. 463/2009 which was disposed of vide judgment of conviction and sentence dated 13.02.2009 by Sri. Amit shekhar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi as well as the records of Cr. Appeal No. 28/2009 which was disposed of vide judgment dated 24.03.2009 passed by the court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi.
