04/20.10.2021 Sole appellant along with Sonali Devi (Mahto) and Chiku Munshi @ Nikhil Munshi stands convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 302, 120-B and 201 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 09.06.2021 passed in S.T. No. 234 of 2018 by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad. All these convicts have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 5 years with a fine of Rs.20,000/- each and a default sentence each under Section 365/34 of the I.P.C.; life imprisonment with a fine of Rs.20,000/- each and a default sentence each under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C; same sentence under Section 302/120B of the I.P.C. and further sentenced to undergo R.I. for five years with a fine of Rs.10,000/- each and a default sentence each under Section 201/34 of the I.P.C. vide impugned order of sentence dated 10th June 2021. All the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.
