judgment in the case of " Rajkumar Sabu V. M/s Sabu Trade Private

Limited" (Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 17 of 2021 and " Kaushik

Chatterjee V. State of Haryana & Ors.." (Transfer Petition (Crl.) No. 456 of

2019. He submits that in view of these judgements, this Court may not exercise

its power under section 407 Cr.P.C.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits

that there are several judgments in favour of the petitioners which he will cite

in the next date.

Interim order dated 09.04.2021 shall remain in force till the next
