08/08.10.2021 The surviving defect no. 9(iv) regarding para 4 of I.A. is ignored on the request of learned counsel for the appellant.
The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 377 of the I.P.C and Section 4 of the POCSO Act by the impugned judgment dated 23.05.2019 passed in Special POCSO Case No. 4964 of 2014 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Ramgarh and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years with a fine of Rs.5000/- and a default sentence under Section 4 of the POCSO Act by the impugned order of sentence dated 24.05.2019. No separate sentence has been awarded under Section 377 of the I.P.C.

Call for the Lower Court Record in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 4964 of 2014 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Ramgarh.
