02 / 04.10.2021 All the appellants stand convicted for the offence punishable under sections 147 and 304/149 Part-I of the Indian Penal Code while they were acquitted of the charges under sections 307/149 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 23.08.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 91/2017 by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda and have been sentenced to undergo R.I for two years with a fine of Rs. 1,000/- each and default sentence each under section 147 of the Indian Penal Code and further sentenced to undergo R.I. for ten years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each and default sentence each under section 304/149 Part-I of the Indian Penal Code, by the impugned order of sentence dated 25.08.2021.
