09/Dated: 01/10/2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view
of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due
to COVID-19 pandemic.
On 08.01.2021 opposite parties were directed to file show-cause.
On 19.02.2021 when the matter was taken up, counsel for the opposite parties
submitted that show-cause has been filed stating therein that L.P.A. No. 385 of
2020 has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the
matter was adjourned for four weeks for bringing on record the stay order. On
17.04.2021 the matter was adjourned as prayed by the counsel for the opposite
parties. On 24.09.2021 the matter was simply adjourned.
Today when the matter is taken up, Mr. K.K. Ambastha, learned
counsel for the petitioner submits that the said L.P.A. has been dismissed on
23.08.2021.
More than a month has passed after dismissal of said L.P.A. but the
order has not been complied.
Let notice be issued upon the opposite parties in terms of Rule 393
of High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001.
Post the matter on 22.10.2021.
