02/18.11.2021 Both appellants, father-in-law and mother-in-law have been convicted along with Bhageshwar Kumar Singh (husband) for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the I.P.C. by the impugned judgment dated 06.09.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 146 of 2019 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar and all the convicts have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years with a fine of Rs.10,000/- each and a default sentence each by the impugned order of sentence dated 07.09.2021.

Call for the lower court record in connection with Sessions Trial No. 146 of 2019 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that co-convict Bhageshwar Kumar Singh has preferred Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 282 of 2021. Let the same be also placed along with the instant appeal.
