1. Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Anand Kumar Sinha is present.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State Ms. Lily Sahay is also present.

3. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Milan Singh is the husband of the complainant, Basu Singh is the father-in-law of the complainant. So far as the petitioner No.-4 (kalo Devi) is concerned, she has already expired and the case of the petitioner-Gouri Singh has been dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 30.01.2015. Accordingly, the case of Milan Singh and Basu Singh are required to be considered in the present case. He also submits that the marriage had taken place in the year 1998 and the complaint was filed in the year 2006. He has also submitted that offence in the present case is hit by Section 468 of Code of Criminal procedure as the maximum sentence under Section 498-A is three years and the case has been filed after much expiry of the period of limitation.

4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that at the time of filing the revision petition, the same was filed only with the trial court's judgment and the appellate court's judgment has been filed subsequently and they do not have a copy of the

appellate court's judgment. They submit that a soft copy of the same may be provided to them.

5. Office is directed to provide a soft copy of the appellate court's judgment, which has been filed subsequently in the present case, to the learned counsel for the petitioners at his email id i.e [email protected] as well as to the learned counsel for the opposite party-State at her email id i.e [email protected]

6. Post this case on 07.04.2021 under the heading for 'final disposal'.
