08/16.03.2021. Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. appearing for the opposite party-State.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video

Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account

the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

On 12.01.2021, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the

matter was adjourned for eight weeks and the Court has also issued

direction upon the Court below to proceed in connection with C.I. Case No.

11 of 2008 in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited &

another v. Central Bureau of Investigation , reported in (2018) 16

SCC 299.

The said order was communicated to the Court below on 13.01.2021.

In light of the said order, call for a fresh status report from the Court

below.
