After some argument, learned counsel for the State, Mr. Sachin Kumar, A.A.G.-II has submitted that copy of memo of appeal along with impugned judgment may be served upon him so as to take proper instruction from the Circle Officer, Jamshedpur, Deputy Commissioner, Jamshedpur and Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue & Land Reforms Government of Jharkhand.
