Learned counsel, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, appearing on behalf of the appellant has prayed for four weeks' time to remove defect nos. (1) to (9) as well as to deposit deficit court fee of Rs. 230/- as pointed out vide S.R. dated 17.03.2020.

Defect Nos. 1 to 9 are as follows:-

(1) C.C. of impugned judgment may be filed with A.F. of Rs. 10/-. (2) Name, parentage and address portion of all the parties are missing at c.c. of award. It may be sent to the learned court below for correction. (3) Place of court may be mentioned at aggrieved and prayer portion of this memo.

(4) Word 'Dr' may be added to the address portion of Hon'ble C.J. (5) Prayer of stay made at prayer portion may be deleted and I.A. may be filed for the said purpose, if required. (6) Word 'first appeal' may be suitably amended at certificate. (7) At last para of certificate statement of copy service may be verified.

(8) Date of award may be corrected at aggrieved and prayer portion. (9) Word 'decree' may be suitably amended as award at aggrieved and prayer portion of this memo.

So far defect no. 2 is concerned, office is directed to send the c.c. of award to the court below for necessary correction, so as to obtain the same within a period of four weeks.

So far other defects are concerned, four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defects and also to deposit the deficit court fee.
