Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

It appears from the office note dated 19.07.2021 that defect nos.1 & 8 as pointed out vide further Stamp Reporting dated 22.07.2019 have not been removed.

Defect Nos. 1 & 8 are as follows:-

Defect No.1- C.C. of impugned judgment may be filed with A/F of Rs.10/-.

Defect no.8- Instant memo is preferred for reference case no.4/2000 but award has been filed for ref. Case 6/2000. However, it may be verified and already M.A. No.325 of 2019 has been filed against Ref. Case No.4/2000.

Further it appears from the office note that, I.A. No.9453 of 2019 has been filed under Order XLI Rule 1 CPC for waiving the filing of certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 on the ground that certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 has already been filed in M.A. No.325 of 2019.

Office note further reveals that I.A. No.11530 of 2019 has been filed under Order XXII Rule 3 and 9 and Section 151 of the CPC read with Chapter XII, Rule 96 and 97 of Jharkahnd High Court Rules for substituting the names of legal heirs of the deceased, Puku Manjhi after setting aside abatement and condoning delay.

Office note further reveals that I.A. No.6102 of 2020 has been filed for condonation of delay of 139 days in preferring the present Miscellaneous Appeal.

Considering the same, list this case after four weeks along with I.A. I.A. No.9453 of 2019, I.A. No.11530 of 2019 and I.A. No.6102 of 2020.
