Heard, learned counsel for the appellant. It appears from office note dated 16.07.2021 that defect no.1 as pointed out vide further S.R. dated 24.07.2019 has not been removed.

Defect no.1 is as follows:-

Defect no.1- C.C. of judgment of trial court may be filed with AFS of Rs.10/-.

It further appears that, I.A. No.9455 of 2019 has been filed under order XLI Rule 1 CPC for waiving the filing of certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 on the ground that certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 has already been filed in M.A. No.325 of 2019.

Considering the same, list this case after four weeks along with I.A. No.9455 of 2019 with M.A. No.325 of 2019.
