Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that I.A. No. 5112/2020 has been filed for withdrawal of the present miscellaneous appeal as learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dhanbad has passed judgment on 30.08.2018 after remand in Title Suit No. 147/2006 and the appellant is not aggrieved as on today, as such, the appellant may be allowed to withdraw this appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Rahul Dev has no objection.

Considering the same, I.A. No. 5112/2020 is allowed. Accordingly, M.A. No. 516/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
