18/07.07.2021: This case has been listed on the request of the counsel for the Insurance company to seek clarification on the point whether the interest has to be paid or not.

This case has already been disposed of by the Judgment dated 12.04.2021 granting six percent interest. It is made clear that six per cent interest will be paid on the balance amount from the date of the award till the same is actually paid.
