1. This interlocutory application has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail of the appellant as granted by the court below vide order dated 03.09.2020.

2. The appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of two years and to pay the fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default thereof, to suffer imprisonment of three months.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. In view of the findings in the impugned judgment the provisional bail, as granted by the court below vide order dated 03.09.2020 is, hereby, confirmed, on the condition that the appellant shall deposit the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) in the court below if not already deposited.

4. I.A. No.5756 of 2020 stands allowed. Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 607 of 2020

1. This appeal shall be heard.

2. Admit.
