2/ 21.01.2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that in utter violation of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Priyanka Srivastava & Another versus State of Uttar Pradesh & Others reported in (2015) 6 SCC 287 First Information Report being Giridih (T) Police Station Case No.256 of 2019 has been registered.

Considering the aforesaid submission, issue notice to the opposite party No.2 by registered post with A/D. as also through ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.

List this case after appearance of opposite party No.2 or after service of notice to the opposite party No.2, whichever is earlier.

In the meantime, further proceedings in connection with Giridih (T) Police Station Case No.256 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, so far as it relates to the petitioner, abovenamed, shall remain stayed.
