It appears from the office note dated 02.01.2021 that CF paid is short by Rs. 5440/-.

Further, it appears that defect nos. 1 to 12 as pointed out vide Stamp Reporting dated 06.02.2019 have not been properly removed.

Defect Nos. 1 to 12 are as follows:-

Defect no.1 :- c.c. of decree of original suit is handwritten. True typed copy may be filed.

Defect no.2 :- c.c. of decree of appellate court is handwritten true typed copy may be filed.

Defect no.3 :- Limitation petition may be filed. Defect no.4 :- village name of present address of sole appellant may be corrected.

Defect no.5 :- P.O.+P.S. of res no.4 may be given. Defect no.6 :- Date is missing below signature of Ld. Counsel at certificate.

Defect no.7 :- case no. may be given at aggrieved & prayer portion as per c.c. of judgment of appellate court.

Defect no.8 :- L.T.I. /R. T. I. of sole appellant has not been attested at vak.

Defect no.9 :- synopsis may be filed. Defect no.10 :- Substantial question of law may be filed. Defect no.11:- seriatim of respondent may be corrected after res. no.1 of memo.

Defect no.12 :- Word 'first' may be amended at certificate. Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. S. K. Vishwakarma has prayed for four weeks' time to remove the defects.

Considering the prayer, 30 days' time after physical court starts is granted to the appellant to deposit the deficit court fee as well as to remove the defects, failing which this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
