The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

9/ 04.01.2021 Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the State on the interlocutory application filed by the appellant No.1 for granting bail during the pendency of this appeal.
The appellants have been convicted and sentence for the offences under Sections 302, 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The impugned Judgment shows that the self-implicating confessional statements of this appellant and his wife had led to the recovery of weapon of offence.
In the facts of this case, we are not inclined to release the appellant No.1, Ramrai Surin, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
The aforesaid interlocutory application stands dismissed.
