Learned counsel for the appellant in support of his submission has relied upon the judgment passed in the case of Rajendra M. vs. Union of India & Anr., reported in 2018 ACJ 2337.

Learned counsel for the respondent- Railway has opposed the same and submitted that similar issue has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in M.A. 316 of 2015 (Vikash Kumar vs. Union of India) on 25.02.2020 and in M.A. No.367 of 2015 (Rajmatiya Devi vs. Union of India), as such, this Misc. Appeal may be heard along with records of those cases.

Considering the same, office is directed to place this case along with records of M.A. 316 of 2015 and M.A. No.367 of 2015 when the physical court starts.
