09/05.02.2021 Heard Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sandeep Verma learned counsel for the parties.

This Contempt petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard on merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as opposite parties submit that the L.P.A. No. 869 of 2019 preferred against the judgment dated 30.07.2019 has been allowed.

In that view of the matter, contempt proceeding is, therefore, dropped.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed. I.A. No.36 of 2021 also stands dismissed.
