02/08.12.2021 Heard Mr. S. K. Murtty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhay Kr. Tiwari, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 15 of 2008, corresponding to G. R. No. 914 of 2008.

The building of Jharkhand Bhawan at Village - Birangada was blasted and reduced to rubbles by the extremists.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused namely Jharilal Mahto has been acquitted by the learned trial court vide judgment dated 25.06.2009. It has further been stated that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2020.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 15 of 2008, corresponding to G. R. No. 914 of 2008.
