06/31.08.2021 Heard Mr. Hadish Ansari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.

2. Learned counsel submits that the sole surviving defect relates to filing of original vakalatnama and he prays for four weeks' time for removing the defects. Further learned counsel for the appellant prays that in the meantime, the appeal may be admitted and LCR called for.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the appellant four weeks' time is granted to the appellant to remove the surviving defect.

4. The present appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction dated 20.06.2020 and order of sentence dated 24.06.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Jamshedpur, in S.T. No.10 / 2019, whereby the appellant has been convicted for offence under Section 498A of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for a term of three years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine, the appellant shall be sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months. Further the appellant has been found guilty for the offence under Section 304-B of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default of payment of fine the appellant has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months. Both the sentences have been directed to run concurrently.

5. Admit. Call for the LCR.

6. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX.
