08/26.08.2021. This criminal writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing

in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation

arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

It appears that in this petition, the prayer is made for recalling the

judgment dated 11.07.2016, which was passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 525 of

2015. The said writ petition was decided under relevant sections of the

Prevention of Corruption Act, which is not the roster of this Bench.

Let this case appear before the appropriate Bench.
