08/25.08.2021         Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under

Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act while two other accused persons have been acquitted vide impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10th January 2020 passed in NDPS Case No.32/2017 by the learned court of Additional Judicial Commissioner-XIII, Ranchi and the appellant has been sentenced to undergo RI for 10 years with a fine of Rs. One Lakh and a default sentence.
