3/24.08.2021 Heard Mr. Pratik Sen, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.N.Ojha, the learned counsel for the State.

This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

It appears that inadvertently in paragraph no.3 and second last paragraph of the order dated 17.08.2021, the connected case number regarding which this petition has been filed, is not mentioned which is- Ramgarh P.S.Case No.43 of 2012, corresponding to G.R.Case no.314 of 2012, pending in the court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh. These words to be incorporated in the 3rd paragraph and second last paragraph of the judgment after Ramgarh which shall be read as- "in connection with Ramgarh P.S.Case No.43 of 2012, corresponding to G.R.Case no.314 of 2012, pending in the court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh".

The order dated 17.08.2021 is hereby modified to the above extent only.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 17.08.2021.

In view of such typographical error some delay has taken place and in that view of the matter, the date of appearance of the petitioner is extended till 08.09.2021.
