5/19.08.2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in

view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation

arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Anurag Kashyap, the learned counsel appearing for the

Respondent No.2 on instruction submits that the case arising out of

Adityapur P.S.Case No.114 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No.391/2009

has been disposed of by the judgment dated 23.09.2019 which has been

accepted by Mr. Gaurav Raj, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Thus, this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
