02/19.08.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of I.P.C and Section 4 of POCSO Act by the impugned judgment dated 23.03.2021 in connection with POCSO Case No. 38 of 2018 by learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Ranchi and has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and a default sentence under Section 376 of I.P.C and further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 20 years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- with a default sentence under Section 4 of POCSO Act, by the impugned order of sentence dated 25.03.2021.
