04/17.08.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 341/504 and 307 of the I.P.C and has been acquitted of the charge under Section 27 of the Arms Act by the impugned judgment dated 08.02.2021 passed in Sessions Trial 494 of 2018 by the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Dhanbad and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years and a fine of Rs.10,000/- with a default sentence under Section 307 of the I.P.C; S.I. for 1 year under Section 504 of the I.P.C. and S.I. for 1 months under Section 341 of the I.P.C by the impugned order of sentence of the same date. All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
