(Kshitiz Chandra Tirkey & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.)
                                                   ----------

CORAM: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DR. S.N.PATHAK (Through: Video Conferencing) For the Petitioners : Mr. Birendra Kumar, Advocate For the Respondent-State : Mr. Sreenu Garapati, SC-III For Ranchi University : Mr. Akash Deep, Advocate For DSPMU : Mr. Subhashish R.Soren, Advocate

-----------

08/ 09.08.2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners has already been recommended by the University, but till date no decision has been taken by the respondent-State.

Mr. Sreenu Garapati, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that petitioner is not entitled for any relief. To buttress his argument, learned counsel places heavy reliance on judgment passed by Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in LPA No. 576 of 2003.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the present petitioners are distinguishable.

As prayed, put up this case after two weeks.
