05/12.04.2021 The sole appellant being aggrieved by the judgment dated 22nd June, 2020 and order of sentence dated 25th June, 2020 passed by the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gumla in Sessions Trial No. 44 of 2020, whereunder he has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs. 20,000/- and a default sentence, has preferred this appeal.
