When the matter is called, Mr. Awnish Ranjan Mishra, the learned Amicus Curiae as well as Mr. Suraj Verma the learned APP appears for the State.
Mr. Awinash Ranjan Mishra, the learned Amicus Curiae has given brief of the case and raised the points of seizure, Section 50 of the concerned Act and also that the sending of sampling and the custodianship of the samples is also improper.
The learned counsel for the State has submitted that to better answer the points raised by the counsel for the appellant, two weeks' time is required.
Accordingly, put up this case on 23rd April, 2021 as part-heard. Learned counsel for the State submits that he may be provided copy of memo of appeal with annexures, deposition papers and the FIR.
Office is directed to provide the same to the learned counsel for the State.
Both the learned counsels will prepare the written statements and list of judgments and exchange the same before next date of hearing.
