02/07.04.2021 The sole appellant along with 6 others have been convicted for the charge under Section 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 04.01.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat in Sessions Trial No. 103 of 2015 and have been sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each under Section 302/34 IPC and also life imprisonment and a fine of Rs.10,000/- each under Section 120(B) IPC by the order of sentence dated 12.01.2021. Both the sentences were directed to run concurrently. Three other accused however have been acquitted of the charges. It appears that Criminal Appeal (DB) Nos. 22 of 2021, 31 of 2021 and 33 of 2021 have been preferred by other co-convicts.

Call for the Lower Court Records in connection with Sessions Trial No. 103 of 2015 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat.
