9/07.04.2021 Heard Mr. Abhishek Kumar, the learned counsel for the
petitioners and Mr. Tapas Roy, the learned counsel for the State.
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through
Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into
account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the
parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and
with their consent this matter has been heard.
Status report has been received whereby it has been
informed that the judgment was pronounced on 04.06.2016 and the case
has been disposed of and all the four accused persons have been
acquitted.
In view of the status report, the instant criminal
miscellaneous petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
